Job Description

Role: Project Management

• Qualification: M. Pharmacy / B. Pharmacy / MBA
• Experience: 3 to 6 Years in Project Management
• Core Competencies:
  • Apply Project Management best practices in a dynamic environment
  • Coordinate and monitor project activities, milestones, team meetings, budgets, and risks
  • Identify, communicate, and manage project risks
  • Resolve potential issues with support from cross-functional teams
  • Prepare and share regular project status updates to functional heads and HOD
  • Develop and monitor project budgets by coordinating with functional heads

Required Skillset:

• Excellent coordination and analytical skills
• Hands-on experience in MIS, report preparation, and presentations
• Good negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills
