Job details:

Conduct cell-based assays and molecular biology experiments.
Handle multiple adherent and suspension cancer cell lines
Conduct proliferation/viability assays for determining potency of compounds
Conduct gene expression studies in cells by qPCR
Analyse proteins using SDS-PAGE, Western Blotting and ELISA.
Perform assays with primary cells such as human PBMCs
