Job Title: Clinical Data Coordinator II / Senior

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India (Office-based role)

Experience Required:

• Clinical Data Coordinator II: 3+ years of experience in core DM activities (Experience in EDC: Rave)
• Senior Clinical Data Coordinator: 5+ years of experience in core DM activities, with experience in early phase studies

Job Overview: As a Clinical Data Coordinator at Icon plc, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of clinical data. Your responsibilities will include data review, query resolution, database management, and leadership in data management activities.

Responsibilities:

• Review CRF/eCRF data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
• Generate and resolve data queries within the electronic data capture system.
• Perform data management activities to ensure accurate and consistent clinical databases.
• Provide guidance and training to junior data coordinators.
• Act as the Trial Data Manager (CDL) when required and provide DM leadership across assigned trials.
• Collaborate with the clinical trial team and program clinical data manager.
• Ensure adherence to GCP, DM standards, SOPs/WPS, and process guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in life science, computer science, pharmacy, nursing, or equivalent.
• Relevant experience as a Clinical Data Coordinator (CDC II/Senior).
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a global environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
