Vacancy Details (CSD – Vapi, Gujarat):

1. Executive – Production (Position – 10)

Qualification: M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry / B.Tech / B.E. in Chemical Engineering
Experience: 4-8 years in production operations involving intermediate/API, utility operations, equipment handling, online BMR/BPR filling, distillation process, and familiarity with CF, multi mill, AGNFD, FBD equipment.

2. Executive – Quality Control (Positions – 03)

Qualification: M.Sc. in Organic/Analytical Chemistry / B.Pharm / B.Sc.
Experience: 4-8 years, proficiency in instrument handling (GC, HPLC), documentation, GLP.

3. Executive – Engg. Stores (Positions – 02)

Qualification: B.Com / Diploma in Material Management
Experience: 5-8 years in engineering material procurement, purchase order preparation, SAP system handling, team management, goods inward, GRN & material management.

4. Executive – Stores (Positions – 02)

Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc / Diploma in Material Management – Chemistry
Experience: 3-5 years in warehouse management, SAP, GMP documentation, material handling techniques.

5. Sr. Executive/Executive – SRP (Positions – 01)

Qualification: BE / B.Tech / M.Sc in Organic Chemistry
Experience: 5-8 years in Solvent Recovery Plant, including handling of distillation column, documentation related to SRP.

6. Executive – Environment (Position – 01)

Qualification: B.E / B.Tech / M.Sc in Environmental Science
Experience: 4-6 years in ETP, MEE, STP & ATFD plant monitoring, data analysis, GPCB documentation, SOP preparation, cGMP compliance.

7. Executive – EHS (Positions – 02)

Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc / Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety
Experience: 3-7 years, responsible for fire protection, APMS implementation, safety compliance, mock drills, statutory documentation.

8. Operator – Production (Position – 15)

Qualification: ITI (AOCP) or 10th & 12th Pass with relevant experience (2-6 years for ITI, 3-8 years for 10th & 12th Pass) in API, Bulk drug & Intermediate Product Manufacturing Industry.
