• Time: 9:30 am to 3:00 pm
• Required Qualification: B. Pharmacy/B.Sc/M.Sc./Diploma (Mech)/ITI (Fitter) Pass out/Passed in 2023/22 with 60% & above
• Shift Operations: Candidates should be willing to work in shift operations (A, B & C).
• Job Location: Genome Valley, Shameerpet, Hyderabad

Job Roles and Responsibilities

Blending

As a part of the formulation team, you will play a pivotal role in the blending process. This involves the following responsibilities:

• Handling shift plans for formulation activities.
• Operating and maintaining equipment like autoclaves and blending vessels.
• Preparation and review of essential documents including SMF (Site Master File), MFR (Master Formula Record), BPR (Batch Packing Record), SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), and Validation/Qualification Protocols.
• Handling and maintaining equipment like autoclaves, blending vessels, CIP (Clean-in-Place), and SIP (Steam-in-Place) skids.

Filling

In the filling process, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing shift plans for filling activities.
• Operating and maintaining equipment such as Vial washing machines, Tunnel Sterilizers, Filling and Capping machines.
• Preparing and reviewing crucial documents including SMF, MFR, BPR, SOPs, and Validation/Qualification Protocols.
