2. Job Responsibilities:
   • Absorption of new product technology and providing technical support during Scale Up/Pre-Exhibit batches.
   • Risk evaluation for new product execution and site transfer, including preparation/review of risk assessments.
   • Monitoring, technical support, and troubleshooting during Exhibit and Validation batches.
   • Preparation and review of Batch Manufacturing Records, Process Evaluation Protocols & Reports, and batch protocols/reports.
   • Active participation in investigations for failures in batches and suggesting corrective actions.
