The Reliance Foundation Postgraduate Scholarships aim to support 100 of India’s brightest postgraduate students in fields crucial for the nation’s progress, including Artificial Intelligence, Computer Sciences, Mathematics, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Renewable and New Energy, Material Science & Engineering, and Life Sciences.

Application and Selection Process of Reliance Foundation Postgraduate Scholarships:
- Application Deadline: 17th December 2023
- Eligibility Questionnaire: Complete the eligibility questionnaire on our website.
- Application Form: Fill and submit the application through our Application Portal, including personal, academic, and extra-curricular details, letters of reference, essays, and supporting documents.
- Aptitude Test: Answer the online aptitude test covering verbal, analytical, and numerical abilities.
- Evaluation Stage: First level selection by an expert panel of industry experts, academicians, and leaders.
- Interview Stage: Second level selection with virtual interviews conducted by the expert panel.
- Selection Announcement: Up to 100 scholars will be announced based on merit.
Reliance Foundation Postgraduate Scholarships Eligibility Criteria:
- Resident Indian Citizen: Applicant must be a resident Indian citizen.
- First Year Postgraduate Students: Enrolled full-time in eligible degree programs.
- GATE Examination: Those who scored 550-1,000 in the GATE Examination.
- OR
- Undergraduate CGPA: Students who have not attempted GATE but scored 7.5 or above in their Undergraduate CGPA (or % normalized to CGPA).
- Degree Programs: Eligible programs include Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics & Computing, Electrical and/or Electronics Engg., Chemical Engg., Mechanical Engg., Renewable & New Energy, Material Science & Engg., and Life Sciences.
Ineligible Candidates:
- Second-Year PG Students
- Online or Non-Regular Modes: Students pursuing degrees online, remotely, through distance, or any other non-regular modes.
- GATE Score Below 550: Students with a GATE Score below 550 but with an Undergraduate CGPA of 7.5 or higher.
- Mathematics-only Pursuers: Students pursuing only Mathematics cannot apply under Mathematics & Computing.
- Aptitude Test: Students not answering the mandatory aptitude test or found cheating during the test.
