- Experience: 4-10 years in Synthesis R&D

Job Description:
The roles and responsibilities for the position of Senior Research Associate / Associate Scientist at Aragen Lifesciences include:
- Executing chemical reactions to synthesize required quantities of molecules/compounds as per client specifications using efficient routes and techniques.
- Setting up and executing reactions for the synthesis of target molecules/compounds.
- Ensuring safety at work through the enforcement of good laboratory practices.
- Maintaining records, data integrity, and IP specifications.
- Purification of compounds and their interpretation by analytical techniques, including NMR and LCMS.
- Expertise in writing Electronic Lab Notebook.
