Under the National Health Mission (NHM), applications are invited for the position of Pharmacist on an 11-month contract basis at the District Health Society in Rajkot district. This recruitment includes the selection list and waiting list. Eligible candidates are required to apply online through the PRAVESH module at arogyasathi.gujarat.gov.in from 31-08-2023 to 06-09-2013 using the Arogyasathi software.

Position: Pharmacist

Number of Posts: 07 (RBSK-05, NUHM-02)

Qualifications:

• B.Pharm or D.Pharm from a recognized university or equivalent.
• Registration as a Pharmacist in the Gujarat State Pharmacy Council.
• Must have computer knowledge.
• Computer literacy experience is preferred.

Note: Merit will be based on 50% of 12th-grade marks and 50% of Pharmacy course marks. Preference will be given to candidates with computer knowledge and experience.

Age Limit: Maximum 40 years

Salary: Rs. 13,000/- per month

Necessary Instructions for Online Form Filling:

1. Only the first-time application received online at arogyasathi.gujarat.gov.in will be accepted. Applications sent via RPAD/Speed Post Courier or other means will not be accepted.
2. Upload photocopies of legible original documents in the software. It is compulsory to upload the mark sheet of the 12th class.
3. Failure to attach the required educational qualifications, experience certificate, HSC, graduate attempt certificate, council registration certificate, and other necessary certificates will render the application invalid.
4. The age limit will be calculated as of the last date of receipt of applications mentioned in the advertisement, i.e., the age limit applies to all candidates as of 06-09-2023.
5. Candidates can only apply once for a post.
6. The recruitment process will be based on merit following government guidelines. In case of identical merit, the candidate with a higher age will be given preference.
7. The appointed candidate cannot be transferred to another district.
8. The final decision regarding the appointment is subject to the conditions of the Mission Director, District Health Society, Chief District Health Officer, and the National Health Mission.
