Peptris is an Al / ML company working on drug discovery. Peptris has developed a platform technology to enhance efficiencies across the drug discovery/development cascade using Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning. We are currently looking for Computational Chemistry Research Associates to be part of our team that is developing an Al/ML platform that will transform millions of lives worldwide.
What you will do:
You will be a part of the team in developing applications for drug discovery. Develop and implement methodologies, curate datasets and tools as needed, keeping abreast of industry trends and new technologies, and recommending potential solutions based on the latest technical advancements in the space of Al/ML for Drug Discovery.
Who you are:
Post-Graduate in Biotechnology /Bioinformatics / Pharmaceutical sciences with 0 to 2 years of experience.
Job Location: Bangalore
Mandatory skills should include:
a) Good understanding of protein chemistry and biochemistry
b) Exposure to open-source tools like Autodock/RDKit
Preferred skills:
Scripting and curating from open datasets like PDB/Uniprot/PubChem Computational methods and analysis using Python
