Production

Executive / Senior Executive / Assistant Manager: M.Tech / B.Tech / B.E Biotechnology / M.Sc. Biotechnology with 3 to 7 years of hands on experience in the following:

Upstream Production: Code 1:

The job requires aseptic handling of mammalian cell culture, media/feed preparation and its filtration, readiness of bioreactor and associated vessels (CIP, FIT, PHT, SIP), operation of bioreactor, readiness and operation of centrifuge, clarification of cells and manufacturing of monoclonal antibodies/ bio therapeutic protein Request edit access

Downstream Produ requires packing of la diameter of more than 600 mm, and

Downstream Production:

Code 2:

The job requires packing of large size columns having diameter of more than 600 mm, readiness and operation of chromatography system, readiness of vessel (CIP, FIT, PHT, SIP) and preparation of buffers, readiness and operation of TFF system, filtration including Nano filtration, DS filling, freezing, thawing and manufacturing of monoclonal antibodies/ bio therapeutic protein.

Quality Control

Educational Qualification & Experience :-

M.Sc. Biotechnology with 10 to 15 years of hands on experience in QC Bioassay in the following:

Bioassay – Code 3:

Candidate should lead a team of BioAssay & Cytopathic lab activity. Should have experience of BioAssay in-vitro testing and validation, Mycoplasma & HCD testing, OOS/OOT, lab incidents, Deviation, CAPA, QMS system etc and must have exposure of regulatory audit as front liner.

For all the positions, candidate having exposure to regulatory requirement of documentation and cGMP is essential.
