The Role of a Research Associate

As a Research Associate within BCG’s DRS function, your main responsibility will be to ensure the delivery of high-quality research projects within the Healthcare practice area. Your expertise will lie in leveraging a wide range of research resources, information portals, and methodologies to provide meaningful insights for your team. You’ll excel in synthesizing data and drawing valuable insights that accurately address the research requests. Over time, you’ll engage with senior team members to deepen your understanding of the Practice Area and deliver profound insights to BCG’s Case and Knowledge teams.

Academic Qualifications and Experience

• You’ll hold a minimum undergraduate degree (Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or Biomedical Sciences) with a strong academic record.
• You’ll ideally possess 0-1 years of relevant working experience in the Pharma, healthcare, medical devices, or biotech domain, with a focus on pharmaceuticals.

Proficiency and Communication

• You’ll have excellent English language skills, both verbal and written.
• You’ll be adept at working with various platforms, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
