Department: Quality Control (Injectable)
Functional Area: Microbiology
- Designation: Executive
- Qualification: M.Sc Microbiology
- Experience: 1-3 yrs
Required key skills:
- Responsible for performing environmental monitoring of plant area and Micro lab.
- To perform the plate reading, water analysis plates, and growth promotion testing.
- Responsible for sterile raw material sampling.
- Responsible for calibration of micro lab equipment.
- Responsible for culture maintenance and seed lot preparation.
Functional Area: Chemical
- Designation: Executive
- Qualification: B.Pharmacy/ M. Pharmacy
- Experience: 2-5 yrs
Required key skills:
- Responsible for analysis of raw materials, packing materials, in-process, finished goods, and stability samples.
- Responsible for all instruments & calibrations.
- Must have knowledge of handling HPLC & GC instruments.
Department: Production (Injectable)
Functional Area: Ampoule Operator
- Designation: Operator
- Qualification: ITI
- Experience: 1-6 yrs
Required key skills:
- Operate the Ampoule filling machine.
- Good knowledge of machine troubleshooting and repairs.
- Responsible to maintain a clean and orderly working area & Log books.
Functional Area: Coating & Granulation Operator (OSD )
- Designation: Operator
- Qualification: ITI
- Experience: 1-6 yrs
Required key skills:
- Should have knowledge of cGMP guidelines while working in the production department.
- Should Follow Good Documentation practices.
- Must have Knowledge of Aqueous & Non-aqueous coating.
- Able to Clean, set up and operate all the related equipment in the manufacturing facility.
- Should Maintain the work area clean, safe, and organized.
