Protein Characterization:

1. Mass Spectrometry:
   • Ph.D. / M.Sc. / M. Tech. (Biochemistry / Biotechnology)
   • 2-8 years of industrial hands-on experience in protein characterization by mass spectrometry.
   • Sound knowledge in mass spectrometry-based analysis of protein molecules.
2. Analytical:
   • M.Sc. / M. Tech. (Biochemistry / Biotechnology)
   • 5 years of industrial hands-on experience in protein characterization, including HPLC, structural, and biochemical techniques.
3. QMS:
   • M.Sc. / M. Tech. (Biochemistry/ Biotechnology/ Life sciences)
   • 0-4 years of experience in protein analytics or Biologics QA experience in quality management systems (QMS) and compliance.
4. Upstream Process:
   • M.Sc. (Microbiology/Biochemistry/Biotechnology)/ M. Tech. in Biotechnology
   • 1-3 years of hands-on experience in upstream operations.
5. Downstream Process:
   • Ph.D. / M. Tech./ M.Sc. (Biochemistry/ Biotechnology/ Life sciences/ Biochemical Engineering)
   • More than 10 years of experience in Downstream process development for mammalian and microbial process.
6. In-process analysis and stability group:
   • Ph.D., M.Sc., M. Tech, M. Pharm Biotechnology / Biochemistry
   • 3-10 years of experience in HPLC, gel electrophoresis, spectrophotometric, structural and biochemical techniques.
7. Formulations Group:
   • Ph.D., M.Sc., M. Tech in Biotechnology / Biochemistry or M. Pharm Biotechnology / Pharmaceutics
   • 3-5 Years of experience in formulation development.

Cell line Development:

8. Molecular Biology (Clone Development):
   • M. Sc. in any field of life sciences with 3-4 years of experience / Ph.D. in life sciences.
9. Mammalian Cell Culture:
   • M.Sc.(Any Life sciences area) /M.tech / M.Pharm with Biotechnology
   • 3-5 years of experience in mammalian cell culture.
10. Upstream analytics:
    • M.Sc. (Any Life sciences area) / M. Tech (Biochemistry/Biotechnology)/M. Pharm with Biotechnology
    • 2-4 years’ experience in protein binding studies using SPR, protein characterization techniques like HPLC.
11. Immunoassays (PK/ PD/ Immunogenicity):
    • MSc. (Any life sciences area) / M. Pharm (Biotechnology/Pharmacology)
    • 3-7 years of experience in development, validation & execution of PK/ PD/ Immunogenicity/ Nab assays.

Sr. Scientific Officer/ Research Associate/ Sr. Research Associate (Drug Discovery/ oncology/ immunologist): 12. Ph.D. or M. Sc. (Immunology/ Microbiology/ Biotechnology/ Biochemistry/ CellBiology/ Biochemical Engineering) – 0 to 5 years of hands-on experience in immunology assay development, Cell culture expertise, Transfection, small scale upstream and downstream operation handling, purification of recombinant proteins.

Bioassay: 13. Ph. D / M.Sc. / M. Tech. (Biochemistry / Biotechnology) – At least 3 years of practical laboratory experience in the development of immunoassays like CDC, ADCC, ADCP, and Apoptosis assays.

14. Novel Biologics:
    • PDF/ Ph.D./ MSc.(Biotechnology) candidates with 2-7 years of experience.
