- 1-3 years of experience in pharmacovigilance or drug safety
Key Responsibilities:
As a Drug Safety Executive at Fidelity Health Services, your role will involve:
- Performing data entry and quality review of Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) in the Oracle Argus Safety Database.
- Ensuring data correctness as per the source documents and regulatory guidelines.
- Managing case processing activities, including duplicate checks, book-ins, and case closure.
- Participating in data correction processes for identified ICSRs during signal preparation, health hazard assessments (HHA), and post-process quality checks (PPQC).
- Handling literature case processing and ensuring timely follow-up on safety reports.
- Generating action items and addressing feedback during the FDA adverse event reporting system (FAERS) reviews.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in using Oracle Argus Safety or similar pharmacovigilance databases.
- Experience with ICSR management, signal detection, and literature reviews.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
