Job Role & Responsibilities

Analytical Development Laboratory (ADL) – Officer to Executive

• Conduct hands-on analysis using HPLC/UPLC and dissolution testing.
• Ensure compliance with ICH, USP, and other international guidelines.
• Troubleshoot analytical challenges and maintain accurate documentation.
• Support method development, validation, and transfer.

Formulation & Development (FND) – Officer to Executive

• Develop formulations for tablets, capsules, and OSD forms.
• Conduct pre-formulation studies and excipient compatibility testing.
• Execute lab-scale, pilot-scale, and scale-up batches.
• Support technology transfer and regulatory compliance.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Educational Background:
  • ADL: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, M.Sc (Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Analytical Chemistry).
  • FND: M.Pharm (Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Technology).
• Experience: 2 to 10 years of relevant industry experience.
• Skills Required:
  • Expertise in analytical techniques (HPLC/UPLC, dissolution).
  • Strong knowledge of ICH, USP, and regulatory guidelines.
  • OSD formulation development and scale-up experience.
  • Documentation, troubleshooting, and teamwork skills.
