Job Role & Responsibilities

Dr. Reddy’s Biologics is hiring for multiple positions across different domains:

1. Development Quality Assurance (Drug Substance, Drug Product, Analytical)

• Ensure compliance during drug substance and product development.
• Support analytical documentation, validation, and audits.
• Monitor adherence to global regulatory and GMP standards.

2. Drug Substance Quality Assurance (Upstream & Downstream)

• Oversee in-process QA activities in upstream and downstream biologics manufacturing.
• Review batch documentation and ensure GMP compliance.
• Support regulatory audits and inspections.

3. Quality Control – Bioassay

• Perform cell-based bioassays, SPR techniques, and FACS analysis.
• Ensure accurate bioanalytical testing and data integrity.

4. Quality Control – Molecular Biology

• Execute SDS-PAGE, ELISA (HCP, PAL), cell culture assays, and RT-PCR.
• Maintain QC records in compliance with GLP/GMP.

5. ASAT – Biosimilar

• Handle analytical method transfers and validations.
• Conduct real-time investigations and annual performance checks.
• Address regulatory queries with scientific accuracy.

6. Drug Substance – Team Member / Team Leader

• Execute upstream/downstream unit operations.
• Ensure documentation and process compliance with GMP.
• Support production planning and quality initiatives.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Educational Background: B.Tech, M.Sc, M.Tech in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or related fields.
• Experience: 3 to 10 years in biologics QA, QC, analytical sciences, or drug substance manufacturing.
• Key Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of cGMP and global biologics regulations.
  • Experience in bioassays, molecular biology, and analytical methods.
  • Hands-on expertise in upstream and downstream operations.
  • Excellent documentation, communication, and teamwork abilities.
