Key Responsibilities of the Trainee Role
Core Duties
- Perform routine analytical support for the synthetic team using HPLC/GC.
- Analyze intermediates and APIs efficiently.
- Conduct wet analysis including LOD, IR, Residue on Ignition, KF determination, and titrations.
- Calibrate laboratory instruments such as UV, IR, HPLC, GC, Autotitrator, and polarimeter.
- Document all laboratory activities following 21 CFR compliance.
- Assist in preparing documentation for the Process Development Report (PDR).
Required Skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Effective team player with multitasking ability.
- Sound understanding of HPLC, GC, Autotitrator, UV Spectrophotometer, and related laboratory techniques.
