About the Team

The B&M Retail vertical of TATA 1MG is a unique setup that combines pharmacy services, diagnostics, and e-consultation, providing comprehensive healthcare solutions to customers. The team is responsible for executing in-store operations, ensuring accurate medicine dispensing, managing in-store products, and delivering exceptional in-store customer experiences. By collaborating closely with warehousing, merchandising, and marketing teams, the B&M Retail team identifies customer needs and meets them with quality and commitment.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

As a Reg. Pharmacist at TATA 1MG, your role will encompass:

• Dispensing medication according to doctor prescriptions.
• Managing inventory as per market requirements.
• Ensuring compliance with patient confidentiality and scheduled drug regulations while maintaining thorough documentation.
• Effective communication aligned with business needs.

What We Are Looking For:

• A Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Pharmacy or a related field.
• Registration from the State Pharmacy Council (Haryana).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency with computers and software applications.
