Job Openings: Clinical Research Coordinator & Research Associate

Job Role 1: Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC)

Job Summary:
The Clinical Research Coordinator will manage the daily operations of clinical trials, coordinate with investigators and patients, handle regulatory documentation, and ensure protocol compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing clinical trials

• Coordinate patient recruitment and scheduling

• Manage informed consent documentation

• Maintain accurate case report forms (CRFs)

• Liaise with clinical investigators and hospital staff

• Ensure timely reporting and compliance with ICH-GCP guidelines

Preferred Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong understanding of clinical research protocols

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Job Role 2: Research Associate

Job Summary:
The Research Associate will be responsible for assisting in research projects, data collection, documentation, and preparing reports under the supervision of senior scientists and clinical professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support ongoing clinical and pre-clinical studies

• Handle and analyze biological samples (if applicable)

• Document study protocols and reports

• Ensure adherence to SOPs and regulatory guidelines

Preferred Skills:

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

• Knowledge of basic biostatistics is a plus

• Familiarity with ethical standards and research methodology

Required Educational Qualifications

Candidates must possess the following qualifications to be eligible for the walk-in interview:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in:

  • Pharmacy (B.Pharm / M.Pharm)

  • Life Sciences (B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Zoology, Genetics, Molecular Biology, etc.)
