Job Overview

The Clinical Trial Associate (CTA) will play a crucial role in supporting clinical trials by ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, managing trial documentation, and coordinating with various stakeholders. If you have experience in clinical research and want to make an impact in the healthcare industry, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

1. Clinical Trial Support

• Assist in the preparation, coordination, and execution of clinical trials.
• Ensure adherence to ICH-GCP guidelines, FDA regulations, and ethical standards.
• Maintain essential trial documents and regulatory submissions.

2. Documentation & Compliance

• Prepare and review clinical trial protocols, informed consent documents, and investigator brochures.
• Manage regulatory documents and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Support audit and inspection readiness.

3. Coordination & Communication

• Collaborate with clinical research associates (CRAs), investigators, and regulatory authorities.
• Assist in trial site selection, initiation, monitoring, and closeout activities.
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting of adverse events and protocol deviations.

4. Data Management

• Support clinical data collection and verification processes.
• Ensure accurate entry of trial data into Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems.
• Work closely with data management teams to resolve discrepancies.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in clinical research, clinical trials, or regulatory affairs.
• Knowledge of: ICH-GCP guidelines, FDA regulations, and clinical trial methodologies.
• Certifications: ACRP, SOCRA, or equivalent clinical research certification (preferred).
• Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in: Microsoft Office, EDC systems, and clinical trial management software.
