Preferred Qualifications and Experience

1. Quality Assurance (QA):

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related fields.
• Experience: 2–5 years in QA processes, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.

2. Quality Control (QC):

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry or Pharmacy.
• Experience: 2–4 years in analytical testing and laboratory processes.

3. Production:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Engineering.
• Experience: 3–6 years in pharmaceutical production, equipment handling, and process optimization.

4. R&D/F&D:

• Education: Master’s degree in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Sciences.
• Experience: 3–5 years in formulation development and innovative product research.

5. Supply Chain Management (SCM):

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related fields.
• Experience: 2–5 years in procurement, logistics, and supply chain operations.

6. Operations:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Operations or Business Management.
• Experience: 3–6 years in operational planning and facility management.
