Job Role & Responsibilities

As an Associate Project Specialist – Medical Communication, you will:

  • Project Management Support: Assist scientific writers in managing end-to-end project delivery of publications and medical education materials.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Support submission processes, approvals, and compliance with publication management tools (iEnvision, PromoMats, NAYA).
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including scientific communication and medical content teams.
  • Content Delivery: Support the preparation and tracking of scientific deliverables such as abstracts, posters, manuscripts, and slide decks.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the development of tools, processes, and technologies to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders and ensure compliance with operational standards.

Eligibility / Qualifications

  • Education: University degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related discipline. Advanced or postgraduate degrees preferred.
  • Experience: Up to 2 years post-qualification experience in project management, scientific/medical writing, or pharma communications.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Project management and scientific communication.
    • Exposure to pharmaceutical publications and submission processes.
    • Proficiency in compliance and publication tools (e.g., iEnvision, PromoMats).
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, stakeholder management, teamwork, and ability to work independently.
  • Languages: Excellent written and spoken English.
