Key Responsibilities

As a Regulatory Operations Associate at Sandoz, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring the smooth running of the Drug Regulatory Affairs Department by providing professional secretarial services and assistance.
• Learning and applying basic principles, theories, and professional concepts to resolve routine issues.
• Collaborating with immediate supervisors and other personnel within the department to address problems of routine scope.
• Following established company policies and procedures, and receiving detailed instructions on all work.
• Reporting technical complaints, adverse events, and special case scenarios related to Sandoz products within 24 hours of receipt.
• Managing the distribution of marketing samples, where applicable.
