1. Quality Control – Officer / Sr Officer / Executive
Location: Plot No. 6406/7, GIDC, Ankleshwar
Role Overview: The Quality Control team at Rusan Pharma plays a crucial role in ensuring that all products meet the stringent quality standards required by regulatory authorities. As a QC Officer, Sr Officer, or Executive, you will be responsible for analyzing in-process, intermediate, finished products, and stability samples in the Pharma API Manufacturing Unit. The job requires hands-on experience with HPLC and GC analysis to guarantee the highest level of quality in the production process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct HPLC and GC analysis of pharmaceutical products, including in-process, intermediate, and finished product samples.
- Analyze stability samples to ensure the products maintain their integrity over time.
- Perform regular tests to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the production team to provide real-time quality feedback during the manufacturing process.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all analytical tests performed in the QC department.
- Conduct investigations and resolve any quality-related issues that arise during the production process.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: BSc or MSc in Chemistry or related field.
- Experience: 4-5 years of experience in HPLC and GC analysis within a pharmaceutical manufacturing unit, particularly in the API segment.
- In-depth knowledge of quality control procedures and GMP regulations.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in working with Pharma APIs and performing stability testing.
