With 12 to 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in improving processes, overseeing new developments, and ensuring seamless collaboration with Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) teams.

Key Responsibilities

As the Head of Research & Development, your role will encompass a broad range of responsibilities that drive innovation and ensure operational excellence. Some of the primary duties include:

1. To manage the function of R&D lab comprehensively.
2. New Process development for API.
3. Process development for Intermediates and Key starting material which are used in existing process of API manufacturing in plant.
4. Improvement in existing manufacturing process to reduce manufacturing cost.
5. To resolve technical problems if any, related to the API, manufacturing in plant.
6. To co-ordinate with QC and QA department for all quality aspects related to Finished product and Intermediates.
