Role Overview – Clinical Trial Associate

Job Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan (Office-based role, not remote)

As a Clinical Trial Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting clinical operations by ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, maintaining documentation, and coordinating with study teams. If you have a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for research, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Trial Master File (TMF) to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Assist in informed consent processes and ensure ethical research conduct.
• Support clinical trial operations, including site initiation and monitoring visits.
• Collaborate with clinical research teams to ensure smooth execution of trials.
• Ensure all documentation follows Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
• Assist in regulatory submissions and audits.
• Maintain communication with investigators, sponsors, and ethics committees.

Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and skills:

Educational Qualifications:

Candidates with the following educational backgrounds are eligible to apply:

• B.Pharm, M.Pharm, PharmD (Pharmacy graduates)
• BDS, MDS (Dental professionals)
• BAMS (Ayurvedic Medicine)
• BSc/MSc in Life Sciences
• Diploma in Clinical Research

Experience Required:

• Candidates with prior experience in Clinical Trials, Clinical Operations, or Research will be preferred.
• Knowledge of Trial Master File (TMF), Informed Consent, GCP guidelines, and Regulatory Compliance is a plus.
• Freshers with relevant educational qualifications can also apply.
