Hiring: Project Assistant

Applications are invited for the post of Project Assistant under the Prime Minister’s Early Career Research Grant (PMECRG) funded by the Anusandhan National Research Foundation (ANRF), New Delhi. The project will be under the supervision of Dr. Akhileshwar Namani, Scientist and Principal Investigator, at the Omics-To-Therapy (OTT) Group, Department of Molecular Oncology.


Position Details

  • Designation: Project Assistant
  • Monthly Emoluments: Rs. 27,000/- + HRA
  • Job Type: Temporary (Initially for 1 year; likely to be extended for 3 years based on project duration)

Eligibility Criteria

  • Educational Qualification:
    • M.Sc. (any branch of Life Sciences) with minimum 55% marks OR
    • M.Tech. in Biotechnology / Bioinformatics with minimum 55% marks
  • Desirable Qualifications:
    • Hands-on experience in cell culture, molecular biology techniques, bioinformatics, proteomics, or drug screening will be an added advantage
