Pharmacist Common Recruitment Examination for AIIMS (CRE-AIIMS) 2023

EXAMINATION SECTION Common Recruitment Examination for AIIMS (CRE-AIIMS) Notice No. 239/2023 Date: 17.11.2023

Online applications are invited from eligible Indian national candidates for the recruitment of regular Non-Faculty Group-B & C posts on behalf of participating AIIMS, excluding AIIMS, New Delhi, as per the details provided in this advertisement.

1. List of Participating AIIMS: Annexure – I.
2. Details of Essential Qualification and Other Eligibility Criteria: Annexure -II.
3. List of Posts with Category-wise Vacancy: Annexure -III.
4. Application Fees:
   • General/OBC Candidates: Rs.3000/-
   • SC/ST Candidates/EWS: Rs.2400/-
   • Persons with Disabilities: Exempted

   Candidates applying for more than one group must apply separately, paying the examination fee for each group.

5. The application fee can be paid through DEBIT CARD/CREDIT CARD/NETBANKING. Transaction/Processing fee, if any, will be payable to the bank by the candidate.
6. Application fee, once remitted, shall not be refunded under any circumstances, even in case of application rejection due to ineligibility.
7. Applications without the prescribed fee will not be considered and will be summarily rejected.
8. Application fees of SC/ST candidates appearing in the Examination will be refunded to their source (debited) account after the declaration of results.
9. Date & Centre of Examination:
   • Date of Examination: 18th December 2023 (Monday)/20th December 2023 (Wednesday) Tentatively.
   • Examination Centre(s): All Major Cities of India (Subject to receiving a sufficient number of applications). AIIMS reserves the right to allot any city across India to any candidate, irrespective of the choice of city made in the application, and no correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
10. Admit Card:
    • Date of Issue: 12th December 2023 (Tuesday) Tentatively.
    • The Admit card will be released on the Examination Section (AIIMS, New Delhi) website www.aiimsexams.ac.in. Candidates are required to download their admit card from AIIMS website www.aiimsexams.ac.in by logging in with credentials. No admit card will be sent by post.
    • Candidates must bring their admit card downloaded from the website on the day of the Exam at the Examination Centre & hand it over to the invigilator to mark attendance. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of candidature

11. Pattern/Scheme/Syllabus of Examination:

• Computer Based Test (CBT):
  • Examination will be conducted in two parts:
    1. General
    2. Domain Specific
• General:
  • Duration: 45 Minutes, Total MCQs: 40
  • Sections:
    • General Intelligence and Reasoning – 10 MCQs
    • General Awareness & Knowledge of Computers – 10 MCQs
    • Quantitative Aptitude – 10 MCQs
    • English/Hindi Language and Comprehension – 10 MCQs
• Domain Specific:
  • Duration: 45 Minutes, Total MCQs: 40
  • The syllabus will align with education qualification and experience (essential/desirable) as mentioned in the Advertisement as applicable.
• Qualifying & Other Criteria:
  • Each Question will carry equal marks (1 each).
  • There will be no negative marking for any wrong answer.
  • Qualifying marks: 40% for UR/EWS, 35% for OBC, and 30% for SC & ST.
  • For PWBD, irrespective of the category, qualifying marks will be 30%.

Resolution of Tie Cases:

• In cases where more than one candidate secures equal MARKS, tie will be resolved:
  • First by marks in the domain-specific part, with the candidate with higher marks placed higher in merit.
  • If not resolved by (i), by using the date of birth, with the older candidate placed higher.
  • If not resolved by (i) and (ii) above, by using the First Name of the candidate with the First Alphabet placed higher.

SKILL Test:

• As applicable (if any) to respective posts for candidates qualified in CBT.
• A candidate may be eligible for one, more than one, or all posts in the group subject to eligibility criteria mentioned in ANNEXURE-III for posts.
• For posts in groups where a skill test is required, the recruitment will be completed in two stages where Stage I will be CBT based on the scheme of examination as applicable for the applicable group, and Stage II skill test as applicable to the post. Final merit in all such cases will be prepared after skill tests of candidates qualified separately for respective posts.
• A candidate depending upon posts applied and applicable schemes may be required to appear in multiple shifts/days as per the schedule to be decided by AIIMS.

Note:

• Allocation for appointment will be based on eligibility, merit, and choice. Details of the same will be published in due course of time.

12. No Objection Certificate:

• A No Objection Certificate from the present employer is mandatory for candidates working in Government/Semi or Quasi Government/PSUs/Autonomous Bodies or any institution funded by the Government. The candidature will not be considered without it. NOC must be produced at the time of Document Verification.
• Candidates working as contractual employees in Government/Semi-Government/PSUs/Autonomous Bodies or any institution funded by the Government must also produce NOC mandatorily.
