Pfizer is seeking enthusiastic Junior Associates to be part of its Manufacturing team in Visakhapatnam. In this role, you’ll be operating advanced pharmaceutical production equipment and playing a key role in ensuring product quality. Your contributions will support Pfizer’s mission to enhance patient care and drive healthcare innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate pharmaceutical production equipment such as injectable, sterile, parenteral, formulation, filling, capping, compounding, washing, sealing, and packing machines.
• Monitor and control the production process to ensure high-quality products are manufactured according to specified guidelines.
• Maintain detailed production records and perform routine maintenance on equipment to keep operations running smoothly.
• Work with your team to resolve production challenges and enhance overall efficiency.
• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure all production processes meet stringent quality and safety standards.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Qualification: Diploma in Pharmacy (Pass-out years: 2023 or 2024)
• Academic Performance: Minimum of 60% in academics with no backlogs.
