Job Role & Responsibilities

As an Executive in Quality Assurance, your responsibilities will include:

• Evaluating and reviewing clinical and commercial drug batches to ensure compliance with established specifications.
• Performing in-process quality checks in manufacturing areas.
• Managing supplier quality and handling quality documentation systems.
• Overseeing validation and qualification activities.
• Supporting manufacturing and packaging teams with real-time compliance monitoring and error resolution.
• Handling deviations, risk management assessments, and ensuring continuous improvement of QA systems.
• Ensuring inspection readiness for audits and supporting regulatory/customer inspections.
• Reviewing production batch records and ensuring adherence to Pfizer policies and cGMP standards.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm/M.Pharm).
• Experience:
  • Prior experience in pharmaceutical quality assurance or related fields.
  • Knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and GxP systems.
• Skills Required:
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective teamwork and collaboration across departments.
  • Ability to manage deviations, root cause analysis, change control, and batch record review.
  • ERP system experience is an added advantage.
