Job Description

As a Senior Manager of Pharmacovigilance Operations at Parexel, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional services and managing a team of dedicated professionals. Your responsibilities will include:

Role:

• Overseeing day-to-day operations of the Pharmacovigilance team
• Managing and motivating a large team of professionals
• Interacting and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure effective communication
• Utilizing strong analytical skills to interpret and report safety data
• Demonstrating excellent knowledge of Pharmacovigilance regulations and guidelines
• Overseeing implementation and maintenance of safety database systems

Qualifications and Requirements

To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or equivalent
• Minimum 7-11 years of experience in Pharmacovigilance operations
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proficiency in Pharmacovigilance regulations and guidelines (ICH, FDA, EMA)
• Experience with safety database systems (Argus, ARISg)
