Open Positions in AR&D Department

1. Graduate Trainee

Experience Required: 0 Years (Freshers welcome)
Qualification: MSc in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or related fields
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in analytical method development and validation for various pharmaceutical products.
• Perform routine analysis of samples using HPLC, GC, and other analytical techniques.
• Support senior scientists in data interpretation and reporting.

What We’re Looking For:

• Fresh graduates with strong academic records and a keen interest in analytical research.
• Basic understanding of laboratory techniques and good documentation practices.

2. Executive – AR&D

Experience Required: 2 to 4 Years
Qualification: MSc. in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or related fields
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct method development and validation for raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
• Execute stability studies and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Document and maintain accurate records of experiments and results.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in an AR&D role within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proficiency in analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, UV, and FTIR.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

3. Associate Manager – AR&D

Experience Required: 8 to 10 Years
Qualification: MSc in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or related fields
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of scientists in analytical method development and validation.
• Oversee the preparation and review of analytical documents, including protocols and reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and regulatory submissions.

• Extensive experience in AR&D with a strong background in method development and validation.
