Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Medical Coding: Accurate coding of medical records for IP DRG/Surgery cases.
• Quality Assurance: Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of coded data.
• Compliance: Adhering to coding guidelines and regulations.
• Documentation: Maintaining detailed and accurate coding documentation.
• Team Collaboration: Working closely with other coders and healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality coding practices.

Qualifications

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Must have a degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related fields.
• Certification: Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in IP DRG/Surgery coding.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in medical coding software.
