1. Trainee Analyst – Formulation Analytical & Development (FAD)

Qualification:

• M Pharmacy (Pharmaceutical Analysis) or
• MSc (Analytical Chemistry)

Experience: Fresher (2023/2024 pass-outs)

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of academic subjects, particularly in analytical sciences.
• Hands-on knowledge of analytical instruments like HPLC, GC, etc.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

2. Trainee Associate – Formulation Research & Development (FRD)

Qualification:

• M Pharmacy (Pharmaceutics)

Experience: Fresher (2023/2024 pass-outs)

Skills Required:

• In-depth understanding of academic subjects related to pharmaceutics.
• Familiarity with R&D equipment like:
  • Rapid Mixer Granulator
  • Compression Machine
  • Coating Machine
  • Roller Compactor
  • Manual Capsule Filling Machine
  • Blender Machine
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

3. Formulation Research Senior Scientist – Formulation Research & Development (FRD)

Qualification:

• M Pharmacy (Pharmaceutics)

Experience: 8–9 years in pharmaceutical R&D

Skills Required:

• Expertise in end-to-end product development of oral solid dosages, solutions, and ointments.
• Strong knowledge of pre-formulation trials, development batches, compatibility studies, and stability testing.
• Experience in designing pharmaceutical development experiments and optimizing processes using Quality by Design (QbD) principles.
• Coordination with analytical teams for product development sample planning.
• Proven ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary project teams and adhere to project timelines.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
