2. Analytical Research & Development (AR&D):
   • Focus Areas: Method Development, Method Validation, LCMS, GCMS, HPLC, and Wet Chemistry

Location: Hyderabad
Designation: Executive / Senior Executive
Qualification: MSc Chemistry
Experience: 2-6 years in R&D or AR&D

Responsibilities of the R&D and AR&D Roles

Research & Development (R&D)

As part of the R&D team, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Process Research and Development: Develop and optimize processes for new drug substances.
• CRO and CDMO Collaborations: Work with contract research and manufacturing organizations to drive projects from development to commercialization.
• Innovation in Pharmaceutical Formulations: Assist in the creation of innovative, safe, and efficient drug formulations.

Analytical Research & Development (AR&D)

In the AR&D team, your role will include:

• Method Development & Validation: Develop and validate analytical methods using advanced techniques like LCMS, GCMS, HPLC, and Wet Chemistry.
• Quality Control: Ensure that analytical methods meet the highest standards of accuracy and reliability.
• Collaboration with R&D Teams: Work closely with the R&D department to support the development of drug products by providing accurate analytical data.
