   • Experience: 0–1 year in custom synthesis (Freshers are welcome).
   • Vacancies: 07 positions.
   • Key Responsibilities:
     • Conduct custom synthesis experiments.
     • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver research goals.
2. Senior Research Scientist (R&D)
   • Experience: 4–5 years in custom synthesis.
   • Vacancies: 02 positions.
   • Key Responsibilities:
     • Lead custom synthesis projects.
     • Mentor junior scientists in the R&D team.
3. Research Scientist (ADL)
   • Experience: 0–1 year, expertise in instrument handling (Freshers are welcome).
   • Vacancies: 02 positions.
   • Key Responsibilities:
     • Operate and maintain analytical instruments.
     • Perform quality analysis and report findings.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualifications: MSc. in Chemistry or related fields.
• Skills:
