Educational Qualification : BSc / MSc. with 1 to 3 years experience)

Job Descriptions:
– Microbial Limit Test, Sterility Testing, Bacterial Endotoxin Testing, Media Prepration, GPT, Culture Handling, Environmental Monitering and Water Testing

Department : Production QMS
Designation : Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager – QMS (Production)
Educational Qualification : (B.Pharm/M.Pharm with 6 to 10 years experience)

Job Descriptions:

•Ability to Initiate change control for product, process, equipment, change in BPR,BMR, Revision of SOP and providing relevant justification and preparing risk assessments.
• Capability to conduct investigation of deviation and CAPA.
• Possess exposure in Manufacturing of OSD, Parental and Dry Syrup. • Ensure detailed investigation of Machine Breakdown,OOT,OOS, Market Complaints and provide CAPA for the same..
• Efficiency in providing CAPA closure report and TCD extension upon requirement. • Capability in dealing with BMR/BPR team and possess the ability to review MFR.
• Responsible to train the new Joinee by preparing Training Matrix and ensuring timely completion of Job, GMP and GDP induction training.
• Proficient enough in resolving issues of Quality and Operation Area.
• Efficiently co-ordinating with QA, QC, Marketing, F&D, Warehouse and Engineering the best operational output by following all CGMP practices. and ensuring.
• Responsible to Monitor compliance status, related to production and simultaneously report to the HOD for CAPA.
