Job Role and Responsibilities

Position: Plant QA

Responsibilities:

• Quality Management System (QMS): Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System.
• Documentation & Investigation: Manage and conduct thorough documentation and investigations.
• In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA): Perform IPQA activities to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs): Prepare SOPs, BMRs, and Batch Packing Records (BPRs).
• Training Coordination: Organize and coordinate training sessions for staff.

Qualifications and Experience

• Educational Qualification: Relevant degree in Pharmaceutical Science or related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 6-9 years in Quality Assurance, specifically in OSD (Oral Solid Dosage) Formulation.
• Skills Required:
  • Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems.
  • Excellent documentation and investigative skills.
  • Proficiency in IPQA activities.
  • Ability to prepare SOPs, BMRs, and BPRs.
  • Effective training and coordination abilities.
