Roles and Responsibilities

As a Medical Information Specialist, you will:

• Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls while maintaining professionalism.
• Provide accurate medical service responses and manage telephone inquiries with strict adherence to confidentiality agreements.
• Utilize approved communication protocols for addressing medical topics.
• Keep detailed and accurate records of all calls in a centralized database.
• Ensure compliance with medical billing and reimbursement practices while assisting patients effectively.
