Job Role Overview

Department: Formulation Tech Transfer (FTT)

Position: Executive

Experience: 2–8 Years

Location: Gandhinagar, Gujarat

Key Responsibilities

H2: Core Responsibilities

Receive and understand technology transfer packages from the F&D department
Design process optimization parameters and assist in R&D trials
Transfer technology from R&D to the recipient site for designated products
Monitor Technology Transfer (TT) demo, exhibit, and scale-up batches
Review technical sheets, product details, and equipment/materials requirements

H3: Scale-Up and Documentation

Finalize batch sizes for Demo, Scale-Up, Exhibit, and Commercial batches using equipment capacity and scale-up factors
Prepare and execute protocols including Scale-Up Reports, MFCs, Sampling Protocols, and Risk Assessments
Supervise exhibit batches and resolve troubleshooting issues at manufacturing sites

H3: Regulatory and Quality Compliance

Summarize and document technical findings
Investigate and document deviations, OOS/OOT results during SU/EB batches
Draft and review responses to agency queries

Educational Qualification

H2: Required Education

M.Pharm (Master of Pharmacy) – Candidates with specialization in pharmaceutics or industrial pharmacy are preferred.
