   • Qualification: MSc Organic Chemistry or M. Pharma Pharmaceutical Chemistry
   • Experience: 0-2 years
2. Research Associate/Senior Research Associate
   • Qualification: MSc Organic Chemistry, M. Pharma Pharmaceutical Chemistry, or PhD Organic Chemistry
   • Experience: 2-6 years
3. Research Scientist
   • Qualification: MSc Organic Chemistry or PhD Organic Chemistry
   • Experience: 6-9 years
