- Positions Available: Research Associate, Senior Research Associate – PR&D
- Location: Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh
- Qualification Required: MSc in Organic Chemistry
- Experience: 2 to 6 years in Chemical Synthesis/Process Development
Key Responsibilities
As a Research Associate or Senior Research Associate in the PR&D department at Jubilant Biosys, your role will involve:
- Expertise in Organic Chemistry: Demonstrating excellent knowledge of both basic and advanced organic chemistry, including functional group conversion and multi-step synthesis.
- Handling Pyrophoric Reactions: Utilizing your expertise to manage various pyrophoric reactions effectively.
- Efficient Synthesis Routes: Identifying and implementing robust synthetic routes for the preparation of new chemical entities (NCE) from gram to kilogram scale.
- Synthesis and Characterization: Engaging in the synthesis, purification, and characterization of novel intermediates.
- Batch Handling: Managing batches ranging from gram to kilogram scales.
- Data Recording: Accurately recording experiments, observations, and relevant data in laboratory notebooks.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong Chemistry Background: Advanced knowledge in organic chemistry and hands-on experience with chemical synthesis processes.
