About the Department & Responsibilities

Production (Process Engineer):

• As a Sr. Officer / Executive in Production, you will lead the end-to-end scale-up activities from Plant/R&D to commercial scale.
• Conduct Plant/R&D demo batch absorption and identify critical process requirements.
• Plan DMF validation batches in the plant, ensuring adherence to CGMP compliance.
• Select equipment for scale-up in collaboration with R&D/Production heads.
• Ensure complete material and energy balance and effluent data for scale batches.
• Conduct HAZOP studies and implement suggestions.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Educational Background: BE / B Tech – Chemical
• Experience: 7-10 Years (API Manufacturing – Pharma Industry Only)
• Location: Valia Unit
