Job Role & Responsibilities

1. Business Development Manager (Pharma Exports)

• Lead international business development and client acquisition.
• Identify, develop, and manage partnerships in global markets.
• Drive sales growth through market research and strategic planning.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure regulatory compliance in exports.

2. Business Development Executive (Pharma Industry)

• Support senior management in developing new markets.
• Handle client communication and documentation.
• Assist in promotional activities and trade shows.
• Preferred candidates: 0–3 years of pharma industry exposure.

3. Regulatory Affairs Executive/Manager

• Handle regulatory documentation and product registration for international markets.
• Coordinate with regulatory authorities across countries.
• Prepare dossiers, variations, and ensure global compliance.
• Support the R&D and QA teams in regulatory submissions.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Business Development Roles: D.Pharm, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc., M.Sc., MBA (with 0–8 years of relevant experience).
• Regulatory Affairs Roles: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, M.Sc. (with 2–5 years of RA experience).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills required.

Relevant Courses: Diploma in Pharmacy, Bachelor of Pharmacy, Master of Pharmacy, MBA in Pharma Management, B.Sc./M.Sc. in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry.
