Available Roles and Requirements
1. Engineering (Documentation / Plant Maintenance)
- Designation: Senior Officer / Senior Supervisor
- Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma / ITI
- Experience: 3–10 years
- Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee plant maintenance and ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain and update documentation as per regulatory and operational standards.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and ensure timely resolutions.
2. Quality Control (GLP / QMS)
- Designation: Executive / Senior Officer
- Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. / B.Pharm
- Experience: 3–10 years
- Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality checks adhering to GLP and QMS guidelines.
- Ensure documentation compliance for audits and regulatory submissions.
- Collaborate with teams to implement quality improvements.
3. Production – Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) (MFG & PKG)
- Designation: Executive / Senior Officer
- Qualification: B.Pharm / B.Sc. / M.Sc.
- Experience: 3–10 years
- Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and manage blister, autocartonator, and compression machinery.
- Monitor and maintain production quality and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot issues during manufacturing and packaging processes.
4. Production – OSD (MFG & PKG) – Machine Operators
- Designation: Senior Supervisor / Machine Operators
- Qualification: 10+2 / ITI / Diploma
- Experience: 3–15 years
- Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain autocartonator and compression machinery.
- Ensure adherence to safety and operational protocols.
- Train and guide junior operators on machine handling.
