Role Overview: Site Selection Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Site Selection Leads to meet project timelines and objectives
• Identify suitable clinical study sites through databases, networks, and local intelligence
• Maintain updated and validated investigator and site data across platforms
• Conduct phone feasibility visits and gather country-specific intelligence
• Support data-driven decision-making through quality data analysis
• Track and document site selection decisions in accordance with regulatory guidelines
• Serve as country-level expert on healthcare infrastructure and site capability
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, ethical, and data confidentiality standards

Eligibility Criteria

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or related fields

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical research, site feasibility, or study start-up functions

Desired Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to data accuracy and regulatory compliance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data systems
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
