Job Title: Production Supervisor
Location: Dahej Plant, Gujarat
Experience Required: 2 to 6 Years
Qualification: ITI AOCP, BSc (Chemistry), MSc (Chemistry), BE Chemical
Industry: Agrochemical / Chemical Process Industry
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations in the production unit
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and SOPs
- Supervise chemical processes and troubleshoot issues
- Collaborate with quality, maintenance, and EHS teams
- Monitor and report production data for continuous improvement
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Must have prior experience in a chemical or agrochemical plant
- Hands-on knowledge of chemical process equipment
- Strong understanding of HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) practices
- Excellent team coordination and shift management skills
