Additional Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidates must not have completed any apprenticeship previously.
• Must carry the Aadhar Card, PAN Card, and mark sheets for all semesters (final semester mark sheet is mandatory).
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities During Apprenticeship

As an apprentice in the Production department, you will receive on-the-job training and exposure to:

Cleanroom Operations:

• Working in cGMP-compliant cleanroom environments
• Assisting in batch production and documentation

Mechanical Support:

• Operation and maintenance of manufacturing equipment
• Learning preventive maintenance and troubleshooting

Compliance:

• Following all EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) protocols
• Supporting production reporting and compliance audits

Career Scope After Apprenticeship

Successful apprentices may be offered full-time roles or will be well-positioned to apply for permanent jobs in the pharmaceutical industry with hands-on GMP training and production floor experience.
