Currently, ICON is hiring Clinical Validation Analysts to join its team in Bangalore, Chennai, and Trivandrum. If you have expertise in clinical data validation and a passion for quality assurance in clinical trials, this role is for you!

Role Overview: Clinical Validation Analyst

What You Will Be Doing:

• Conducting data validation and quality assurance checks to ensure the integrity of clinical trial data.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define validation requirements and develop validation plans.
• Identifying and resolving data discrepancies, documenting findings, and recommending corrective actions.
• Supporting the development and maintenance of validation documentation, including protocols and reports.
• Staying updated on industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to data validation.

Your Profile:

• Degree in life sciences, statistics, computer science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in clinical data management, validation, or a related role within a clinical research environment.
• Must experience in testing of SAS listing, edit check testing/UAT testing.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in data analysis and validation processes.
• Working functional knowledge level of EDC Clinical Systems
• Ability to apply working knowledge of Testing EDC Clinical Systems developed through education or past experiences.
• Cross reference protocol and be aware of best practices
• Other responsibilities may be assigned as required
• Ability and willingness to be a contributing team member.
• Minimal supervisory responsibilities; developing technical acumen and applying acquired knowledge to delivery requirements.

Qualifications & Experience Required:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in clinical data management, validation, or related roles.
• Technical Skills: Experience in SAS listing testing, edit check/UAT testing, and electronic data capture (EDC) clinical systems.
• Analytical Abilities: Strong problem-solving and data validation skills.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with clinical research protocols and best practices.
